	JAMES HAGGAS, JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR James is Joint Managing Director and the retail guru within our organisation. His knowledge and expertise has seen him become the Retail Doctor www.doctor-retail.co.uk and his POP experience sought by many. James is a keen cook and will be making his TV cooking debut in 2009.
JONATHAN HAGGAS, JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR Jonathan is Joint Managing Director with overall responsibility for commercial activity and our Operations division. In over 15 years experience with Valley, Jonathan has overseen work from Akzo Nobel to X Box often flying around the globe to add the latest innovations. Jonathan has a penchant for weird and wonderful mementos from his travels -- you can visit his iconic shrine when you visit the Valley offices.
	KRIS McGHEE, DESIGN MANAGER Kris brings to us over 10 years design experience, and was a successful product designer before transferring his skills to POP. His expertise combines an in-depth knowledge of the brand, the product, the customer, the environment and a certain amount of Valley magic. A keen football fan, Kris referees many a youth match at weekends.
JILL SYKES, CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER Jill ensures that client service runs as smoothly as possible - with detailed communication at every step of the process. Jill has worked with Valley for over 5 years in which time she has been instrumental in a large number of our clients POP successes. Our resident disco diva, Jill is often first onto the dancefloor but her son is too young to be embarrassed just yet.
