Results: Free standing units were moved to high traffic areas and wall display units achieved good positioning throughout branches.

Customer – Installation was flawless due to the extensive pre-production research and pilot store programmes. Presence throughout branches has increased customers understanding of products and helped increase sales.
Store – The pre-production research period, enabled us to ascertain and eliminate any of the issues that the ‘branch colleagues’ expressed concerns over, ensuring 100% compliance in branch.
All parts were modular, so any breakages allowed branch staff to simply replace items, eliminating the necessity for expensive installation teams.
Consumer - The HBOS product range is now clearly defined making it very easy and accessible to find the products that best suites.
